AFRICA YOUTH EMPOWERMENT CLOCK
Leading communications strategy for the Africa Youth Employment Clock, translating data-driven insights into compelling public narratives. The CWP Ltd has partnered with World Data Lab to support the pan-African launch and scaling of the Africa Youth Employment Clock, a data-driven platform tracking real-time youth employment trends across the continent.
The CWP Ltd continues to lead communications and stakeholder engagement for the Africa Youth Employment Clock across seven African markets—Kenya, Ghana, Rwanda, Senegal, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Nigeria—with additional country launches planned. The work has required navigating diverse political, media, and economic contexts while maintaining narrative consistency and credibility.
The CWP Ltd.’s role is focused on translating complex labour market data into clear, accessible, and locally relevant narratives that resonate across key stakeholder groups. Engagements have spanned:
· Media, amplifying data-led insights into national and regional discourse
· Academia and research institutions, supporting evidence-based analysis
· Policy makers and development actors, informing employment and workforce conversations
· Private sector leaders, linking data to skills development and job creation strategies
The engagement demonstrates The CWP Ltd.’s pan-African operating capability and our capacity to manage multi-market launches, and strength in convening diverse stakeholders around complex socio-economic issues. It further reflects The CWP Ltd.’s ability to sustain momentum beyond individual activations, supporting long-term visibility, relevance, and impact for regional and continental initiatives.
